Block Beaches is a discovery and ownership platform for extraordinary coastal real estate, starting in Panama. We help people find the coastline that fits the life they want, see the right properties, and get real local help to make one theirs.

What we do today

We list coastal residences and development collections for whole-property purchase, run personal searches for listed and off-market homes and rentals, and help people plan a move to Panama — connecting them with licensed attorneys, notaries and other professionals where it matters.

Where we’re going

Our promise is simple: own a slice of paradise, or buy the whole thing. Fractional ownership is not available yet. We’re designing it carefully, and it will only launch where it is properly structured and legally permitted. Join early access to hear first.
